Our Rooms
3 charming rooms on the first floor with a lift, 5 minutes from the TGV station and 10 minutes from Place Stanislas.
So everything is clear before you book: the Spacieuse room has its own bathroom — shower and toilet — located directly opposite the room and for your use alone. The Zen and Sympa rooms share one full bathroom, shower and toilet in the same space, a few steps away in the flat's hallway, never with more than 3 people. All three rooms are on the first floor, served by a lift.

Spacieuse Room
A large, elegant 15 m² room, designed for a stay as a couple or a longer business stay. Careful decor, premium bedding and every modern comfort. Its bathroom, with shower and toilet, sits directly opposite the room and is used by you alone.

A calming 15 m² room, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work. Soft decor, comfortable bedding and a cosy feel. Bathroom shared with the Sympa room, a few steps away in the flat's hallway.

A warm, practical 10 m² room, ideal for a solo traveller who wants to enjoy Nancy in comfortable, welcoming surroundings at an affordable price. A 140×190 double bed all to yourself. Bathroom shared with the Zen room, a few steps away in the flat's hallway.

Arrival times
Arrival between 1 pm and 9.30 pm.
Yannick welcomes you in person and hands you the keys: there is no access code.
He stays reachable by phone and WhatsApp.
Departure times
Departure before 10 am.
Book direct and you leave at 11 am, at no extra cost
— an extra hour in the morning. Luggage drop-off possible on request.
Welcomed in person
Yannick welcomes you in person and hands you the keys, between 1 pm and 9.30 pm. Private access to your room. The building has staff at reception until 9.30 pm.
Private parking
Enclosed, secure car park available at €10 per night. Max height 2 m. Bookable as an option when you book online.

Homemade pastries, fresh bread, artisan jams, fresh fruit juice, coffee or tea. Lorraine specialities in season: quiche lorraine, bergamot sweets, mirabelle plums…

Lorraine dinner option
Pâté lorrain, quiche, savoury tarts or regional dishes to order for the evening. Orders before 5 pm.
